There is no justice system in America.
There is only a profit system.
A control system.
A machine designed to grind innocent people—parents, veterans, working-class heroes—into dust.
And worst of all? It does this under the banner of “protection.”
I’ve spoken to countless people whose lives were destroyed—not by drugs, not by crime, not by war—but by the American family court system. People who were doing everything right, only to have their homes, children, and futures ripped away by a courtroom hellscape that does not believe in due process, does not believe in innocence, and does not believe in families.
And I’m not just speaking for them.
I’m speaking as one of them.
The System That Burned Me Alive
I lived through it.
Family court stole my child, my dignity, my health, my future.
Why?
Because someone accused me.
That’s all it takes. No evidence. No proof. Just an accusation and a broken court system that rubber-stamps orders like a DMV clerk on a power trip.
It’s one thing to go through divorce. It’s another to have the state treat you like a criminal while the real abusers play victim, manipulating the courts to financially, emotionally, and psychologically destroy you.
I’ve met countless others—mothers, fathers, grandparents—who were pulled into this nightmare. They lost everything. Some lost their lives.
And if you think this is rare, let me show you just one example that should outrage every decent American.
A Baby Taken at Gunpoint: Welcome to Family Court, USA
In March 2025, U.S. Navy veteran Farzin Yazdani and his wife were living a peaceful life in Virginia, raising their newborn baby daughter.
Then Child Protective Services showed up.
With armed deputies.
Without a warrant.
Without charges.
Without justification of any kind.
They seized a one-month-old breastfeeding infant from her mother.
Let me repeat that:
A healthy, nursing baby girl was taken by the government at gunpoint without a warrant, due process, or cause.
This didn’t happen in a totalitarian dictatorship.
It happened in Loudoun County, Virginia. In the United States. In 2025.
The entire “case” was based on a false affidavit filed by Farzin’s ex-wife in an ongoing custody dispute.
As Farzin put it:
“I’m begging everybody who’s reading this that there’s a crime in progress currently… Loudoun County Government has abducted and falsely imprisoned a one-month-old breastfeeding baby from its innocent mother… Spread this story far and wide.”
— @FarzinYazdani on X
The baby was taken from her home for eight days.
Farzin himself was arrested.
And then?
The case was dismissed.
No charges. No wrongdoing.
All that suffering. All that trauma.
For nothing.
WorldNetDaily, one of the few outlets willing to touch this growing epidemic, reported extensively on this case:
“CPS, backed by sheriff’s deputies, stormed the Yazdani home in what the father described as a ‘coordinated ambush’ based on a false affidavit from a bitter ex-wife embroiled in a custody battle.”

The System Rewards Abusers. Not Victims.
Let’s be absolutely clear:
Farzin’s ex-wife should be facing criminal charges.
CPS should be investigated.
The deputies who enforced this raid should be held accountable.
But that’s not what happens in this system.
In this system, the liars win.
The manipulators thrive.
The abusers use the state as a weapon.
And the rest of us?
We become statistics.
Broken homes.
Fatherless children.
Bankrupted parents.
Traumatized families.
All under the false promise that this is "for the child’s best interests."
No.
This is for the court’s best interests—its bank accounts, its bureaucratic power, and its unquenchable thirst to control the most sacred parts of our lives.
A Sovereign People With No Rights?
What happened to the Constitution?
What happened to innocent until proven guilty?
What happened to the idea that your home is your castle, your child is your responsibility, and your freedom is sacred?
Because right now, none of those things exist in family court.
Once you're dragged in, the rules change.
You’re no longer a sovereign citizen.
You're a case number. A target. A revenue stream.
Your voice doesn't matter.
Your truth doesn’t matter.
And your child? They’re just another pawn in a system that profits from their pain.
It’s Time to Burn It Down
I don’t say that lightly.
But this system cannot be "reformed." It was designed to operate this way. Family court isn't broken—it’s functioning exactly how those in power want it to.
If we ever want justice in this country again, we must:
End immunity for judges, CPS agents, and law enforcement who violate rights
Enforce due process in every court, not just criminal court
Hold false accusers accountable, including with criminal penalties
Ban ex parte orders without solid evidence and oversight
Audit and dismantle the financial incentives tied to custody battles
And we must expose these stories. Loudly. Relentlessly. Publicly.
You Are Not Alone
If you’re a parent who's been destroyed by this system, I see you.
If you’ve been alienated from your child, I believe you.
If you’ve been targeted because of your gender, disability, or truth, you are not crazy.
You are not broken.
The system is.
And it’s time we stop pretending otherwise.

We’ve been quiet long enough.
Now, it’s our turn to speak.
Lol your problem is police and cos can only do what the court orders them to do. They cant say no cuz they took a oath. Just like the father did to defend our country. The ex should face charges for sure. Yet now when u have this family making all these crazy accusations amd they are it dont look good for them. He is also going through a custody battle. All this crap of him ranting and saying all this. Is doing exactly what the ex wife wants. The police cps and for the most part the courts didnt do anything wrong. Is the system flawed yes. But the courts have to trust amd believe what the ex is saying until they investigate and they got kids back. They wouldnt got them back if they deemed them dangerous. So stop either all this crap. Yes it sucked but move on and push for ur ex to get charged
Here's another one that's made national news:
"Massachusetts Couple Accused of ‘Kidnapping’ Their Own Five Children from State Custody"
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/04/massachusetts-couple-accused-kidnapping-five-children-state-custody/
A Massachusetts couple is facing serious charges after allegedly kidnapping their five children, who had been placed in the custody of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF).
Isael Rivera, 31, and Ruth Encarnacion, 30, were located by Fitchburg Police in early March, after a multi-state manhunt.
The couple is accused of taking the children across state lines in an attempt to evade DCF intervention.
Authorities believe the family fled Massachusetts shortly before the state attempted to enforce child protective measures.
Rivera, the biological father of four of the five children, was arraigned last week in Fitchburg District Court. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf, and he is currently being held without bail, WHDH reported.
Encarnacion, the mother of all five children, is scheduled to be arraigned this week and faces five counts of kidnapping a minor by a relative. A not-guilty plea has also been entered on her behalf.
According to law enforcement, the family went missing just as DCF prepared to remove the children from Encarnacion’s care on February 27.
Court documents indicate that DCF had opened a case against the couple in February after a pediatrician flagged signs of neglect involving the youngest child, a 9-month-old.
DCF intervened shortly thereafter, but by then, the family had reportedly left Massachusetts.
The parents, who homeschool their children, stated to their pediatrician that they were opposed to their new baby receiving the shots based on their sincerely held religious beliefs. Despite citing religious exemptions which are law in Massachusetts, the father, Isael Rivera is being held in Worcester County Jail on a $200,000 bond or 20K cash bail, while the couple’s five children have reportedly been taken into custody by Child Protective Services (CPS).
“This is a blatant violation of fundamental rights on multiple levels,” says Ron Bouchard, Constitutional Law Strategist. “By what authority has this family been apprehended and for what? Was there a warrant? What is familial kidnapping? A family has the right to travel with their children. How and why have they been reported missing, and by whom? What laws have they broken and what imminent danger exists to justify the drastic action of DCF and the Fitchburg Police Department traumatizing this family by tearing it apart?”
The ordeal began when the family’s pediatrician, a mandatory reporter, threatened to report them to DCF after the parents declined vaccinations for their infant during a wellness check.
“The doctor said if we didn’t vaccinate, he’d have to report us,” the father, “Izzy” Rivera, allegedly told an advocate who provided safe harbor for the family in Texas. “Despite assurances that their baby was well-fed, cared for, and thriving, DCF soon left a notice on their door demanding a home visit. Fearing for their family, the parents refused, citing their rights.”
What followed was a dramatic escalation. Fitchburg police, at the direction of Leominster DCF allegedly surrounded their apartment, banging on doors and circling the property for up to 30 minutes. “Ruth Encarnacion hid in the closet with her five children,” said the good samaritan who assisted the family over their 3 week exile. According to her account of what the family told her, with police and DCF returning in greater numbers the next day, Rivera was also forced to hide, while his wife and children fled from Fitchburg.
Attorney Kevin Carl Larson countered that Encarnacion had “acted in the best interest of her children” and was “protecting her children.”
Larson said authorities lack probable cause to charge his client. He said Encarnacion was not present for the care and protection hearing and that she was not aware of any court order.
